WELCOME

Bellarmine University is a vibrant community of educational excellence and ethical awareness that consistently ranks among the nation’s best colleges and universities. Our students pursue an education based in the liberal arts—and in the distinguished, inclusive Catholic tradition of educational excellence, the oldest and most rewarding in the western world. It is a lifelong education, worthy of the university’s namesake, Saint Robert Bellarmine, and of his invitation to each of us to learn and live “In Veritatis Amore”—in the love of all that is beautiful, true and good in life.

Career Development is your connection to thousands of exceptional Bellarmine University students and alumni, as well as our distinguished faculty and dedicated staff. We appreciate your interest and look forward to helping you find the right talent for your organization.

MISSION

  • To help students and alumni with lifelong career development.
  • To enable achievement of individual career and educational goals.
  • To develop outstanding talent that enhances regional economic development.
  • To educate stakeholders about changing trends, conditions and needs.

OPPORTUNITIES

With about 3,000 current students and 18,000 alumni, Bellarmine is a great source of talented people seeking work and service opportunities.

Full-Time Employment:
Whether you are seeking entry-level employees, experienced managers or executive leadership, our students and alumni are eager to contribute to your organization’s success and demonstrate the value of their Bellarmine education.

Internships & Experiential Learning:
By the time they graduate, about three-fourths of Bellarmine undergraduate students complete one or more internship, clinical or student teaching programs for academic credit. Contact us to discuss recruiting future employees, providing valuable learning experiences and training the next generation workforce.

Part-Time, Seasonal & Temporary Jobs:
A very high percentage of students are employed through on-campus and off-campus jobs to help pay for their higher education. Students seek employment during the school year, over the summer and during semester breaks and holidays.

Community Service & Volunteer Work:
Bellarmine students, alumni, faculty and staff are actively engaged in regional, national and international communities. We help non-profit organizations find the interns and volunteers they need to operate successfully.
